As I mentioned in my pre article PEO TV is the one and only cable tv network in Sri Lanka. They are Providing good service to their customers with new technologies like fiber. But Nowadays we getting very bad news about PEO TV. Several channels have been left peo tv due to currency problems. Let's talk about what is the issue.
Sri Lanka is facing the bigger economical crisis in its history. SLT Mobitel (Which owners peo tv) is a semi-government company which means government provides funds to conduct it. As we know companies have to pay for pay tv channels to get the broadcast rights on their service. But the problem is the government is running out of US dollars and the companies are running out of dollars too. So without money, the tv channels don't like to give the service. So they left the tv service.
